Google Drive Access: With the user’s explicit consent, we access Google Drive to enable users to back up and restore their data within the app. This includes viewing and managing the files and folders created by our application.
Google Calendar Access: To provide event reminders and synchronization features, we access the user’s Google Calendar events.
We ensure that all data accessed is strictly used for the purposes described above and is handled in compliance with Google’s API Services User Data Policy. User data is not shared with third parties and is protected with industry-standard security measures.

2. Data Protection Mechanisms for Sensitive Data

Our applications do not store any sensitive data. All data accessed through the application is handled in real-time and is not retained or stored on our servers. Specifically:

Google Account Information: Basic Google account information such as the user’s email address and profile information is used solely for authentication purposes during the user's session and is not stored.
Google Drive Access: Any interaction with Google Drive for backing up or restoring data is performed directly between the user's device and Google Drive. We do not store or retain any files or metadata.

Our applications only shares Google user data with the following third parties for specific purposes:

Firebase: We use Firebase for authentication, real-time database, and cloud storage. Google user data, such as user email addresses, may be shared with Firebase to facilitate these services.
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous data on how users interact with our application. This helps us improve our services. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics.
AdMob: Our application displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data to provide personalised ads to users. This data is handled directly by Google AdMob and is not stored or retained by us.
We ensure that all third parties we work with comply with relevant data protection laws and implement appropriate security measures to protect user data.

2. Data Usage: The collected data is used to improve app performance. We utilise third-party services, including Google Analytics and Firebase, to analyse app performance, events, and user behaviour within the app.
3. Data Storage and Protection: Data is stored temporarily during runtime and is deleted when the user closes the app.
